South Carolina Motor Sports Racing News SCMSRN.com Casual Get Together & Go-Kart Racing at Florence Motor Speedway! Timmonsville, SC (Nov. 29, 2009) - Florence Motor Speedway will be a place for a casual get together on December 5^th for anyone interested in Stock Car Racing! Speedway owner/promoter Charlie Powell is inviting everyone to come on out from 12 noon until 5 pm. It’ll be a chance for a driver’s rules discussion for the 2010 racing season, enjoy some free food and get in some practice laps on the New “Dirt Kart” Track at FMS. That’s right, BBQ, Chicken Bogg mixed with a new racin’ addition to the speedway. It’s an “All-4-Free” event Saturday December 5^th from Noon to 5 pm. The Kart Racin’ program will begin cranking up mid December on Saturday afternoons. The 2010 Stock Car racing action begins Friday, April 2^nd.
